The Minot State baseball team announced that the Beavers Wednesday’s non-conference game at the University of Mary has been canceled because of winter weather.

Beavers made a small change to its schedule based on recent winter weather, pushing back the start date of their home weekend series one day.

The Beavers (12-12 overall, 7-9 NSIC) now will make their debut at Corbett Field on Saturday, at 1:30 p.m., hosting No. 4/6-ranked Minnesota State, Mankato, in a doubleheader to start a 4-game NSIC series.

The two teams will meet again Sunday for a single game starting at 1:30 p.m. at Corbett Field, and will wrap up the 4-game series with a single game Monday starting at noon at Corbett Field.
