Lady Sabers beat Lady Sentinels at Minot North
In a Western Dakota Association (WDA) contest, Bismarck Legacy made the trip north to Minot to face the Minot North girls basketball team. The Lady Sabers flexed their No. 5 Division AA ranking with the 80-51 win on the road.
Both teams struggled to uncork the offense at the start of the game. After nearly five-and a half minutes of play, the visiting team finally had an 11-6 lead over the Lady Sentinels. The visitors outscored the hosts 36-31 in the second half of play. The turnovers, out rebounding and missed shots in the first half for the Sentinels was the difference in the game.
