Minot High sits atop both boys, girls Division AA polls

The latest NDAPSSA Division AA Basketball Media Polls of the 2024-25 season have been released and the Magicians and Majettes top the polls again this week with both Minot High teams being undefeated.

The boys received 16 first place votes while Bismarck Century had three and Fargo Davies had one vote. Mandan was fourth while Bismarck High was fifth in the polling with Fargo Davies as the lone eastern rep in the top five polling.

The two teams receiving votes were Bismarck Legacy and Dickinson.

For the girls, the Majettes received all first place votes. Fargo Davies was second with Mandan at third in the polling. West Fargo Horace was fourth and Bismarck Legacy in fifth place with three Western Dakota Association (WDA) with three schools and the east with two in the top five ranked teams.

The two teams receiving votes were Bismarck Century and Williston.

The polls are voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA).
