Norma Helene Olson, 81, of Fargo, ND and formerly of Velva and rural Balfour, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2024 at Eventide Fargo. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the Balfour Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the Oak Valley Lutheran Church: 400 Main Street North Velva, ND 58790. Arrangements are pending with the Nelson Funeral Home of Drake, ND.
