son, 83, Minot, died, Sa-

turday, February 22, 2020

in a Minot Nursing Home.

Rosemary was born on

December 1, 1936 in Don-

nybrook, North Dakota

the daughter of Archie

and Myra (Bean) Johnson.

She was raised in Don-

nybrook and educated at

St Leo’s Catholic School

until returning to Don-

nybrook where she gra-

duated from Donnybrook

high School.

Rosemary was united in

marriage to Maynard E.

Erickson on April 17,

1959 at St. Leo’s Catholic

Church, Minot. They

made their home in Minot

throughout the years,

where along with raising

their five children, she

was employed with Home

of Economy in Minot for

over 41 years as a book-

keeper and office

manager.

She was a longtime

member of Our Lady of

Grace Catholic Church,

where she had done

volunteer work in the

Food Pantry running the

script program. She en-

joyed reading, working

with puzzles and camping

with family at Lake Meti-

goshe in the summer

months.

Her loving family in-

cludes, husband of 60

years, Maynard Erickson,

Minot; children, Lori

Abel, Cheyenne, WY, El-

don (Penny) Erickson,

Minot, Brenda (Todd) Fla-

ten, Minot, Debbie

(Travis) Sattler, Epping,

ND and Mary (Jeremy)

Anderson, Roseau, MN; 9

grandchildren and 3

great-grandchildren;

brothers, Bruce (Candace)

Johnson, Donnybrook,

Terry Johnson, Don-

nybrook and James John-

son of Devils Lake, ND;

several nieces, nephews

and cousins.

Rosemary was preced-

ed in death by her

parents; sister, Betty Ren-

fandt; son in law, James

Abel; great- grand-

daughter, Everly Rae Mos-

brucker and

great-grandson, Asher

James Mosbrucker.
