McClusky woman dies in pickup-tractor crash
MCCLUSKY – A 67-year-old McClusky woman died in a crash on N.D. Highway 200, east of McClusky, on Tuesday, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred about 4:16 p.m. when a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup driven by the woman was traveling west on the highway and crossed over to the eastbound lane, striking a Case tractor pulling a Riteway land roller.
The driver of the Dodge died at the scene. She was wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the tractor, a 22-year-old man from Denhoff, was not injured.
The highway was closed for about four hours during the investigation. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
