Submitted Photo A number of veterans who will be going on the Western North Dakota Honor Flight from Minot to Washington, D.C., attended the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 4 Coffee event on April 16 in Minot. The April 16 event honored these courageous individuals and extended best wishes for their upcoming journey to visit the nation’s military monuments. Those taking part in the Western N.D. Honor Flight, the first one out of Minot, will leave April 27 from the Minot International Airport and return to a Welcome Back at the airport April 28.
