Shannon Webster and Renata Buen have been promoted with the executive team at Town & Country Credit Union.

The credit union announced Webster has been promoted to senior vice president of Member Experience. Webster will lead the credit union’s Marketing, Digital Services and Member Experience Center teams, spearheading initiatives that enhance product and service delivery, digital engagement and service excellence, creating a unified and seamless experience for member interactions.

Webster joined the credit union in 2012 and holds a Master’s in business administration and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Dakota. Most recently serving as senior vice president of marketing, Webster has a deep understanding of member needs and a strong background in brand strategy, leaving her well-positioned to drive impactful change across the organization.

Buen has been promoted to senior vice president of Mortgage and Retail. Buen will lead the Mortgage and Retail teams in this expanded role, continuing to drive growth with a focus on providing exceptional member service. Buen is a Minot State University graduate and has played a vital role since joining the credit union in 2008 as an executive mortgage officer and most recently serving as senior vice president of Mortgage. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and mortgage industries and a proven sales and service track record. Buen will bring her strategic vision and operational excellence to the retail team.
