Webinar set on tips for brain health
BISMARCK – The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free webinar presentation titled “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research” on Thursday, April 10, from noon-1 p.m.
Science can provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help keep the brain and body healthy while aging. Learn about research in diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
The presentation is free and open to the public. The project is funded through the North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, Adult & Aging Services Section.
