MINOT AIR FORCE BASE – Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) holders can gain access to Minot Air Force Base, but they are ineligible to sponsor others onto base, according to Minot AFB information.

VA card holders who are eligible for caregivers can have their caregivers enrolled with the VA Caregiver Support Program to accompany VA card holders onto base. Contact Fargo VA Caregiver Support Program, 239-3700, Ext. 4399.

This only applies to those with a VHIC only. This does not apply to retirees who have a retiree card for access.
