NDSU Extension Ward County is offering a free QPR Suicide Prevention Certification training on Wednesday, March 26, from 2:30-4 p.m. at the Ward County Administration Building.

Participants will become equipped to recognize the warning signs of suicide and take action. They will learn how to question someone about suicide, persuade them to seek help and refer them to appropriate resources. The workshop is for everyone. No prior experience is needed. Participants will receive a certificate at the end of the workshop, which is valid for two years. For more information, contact NDSU Extension-Ward County.
