Virtual series to focus on housing crisis
FARGO — Prairie Action North Dakota Institute (PANDI) will present the February session of its Amplify North Dakota virtual series on Saturday at 10 a.m. This month, the focus will be on North Dakota’s housing crisis, with discussions on the challenges and solutions being pursued.
The featured panelist for this session is Chandler Esslinger, executive director of the FM Coalition to End Homelessness, who will provide key insights into the current housing landscape and the critical work being done to combat homelessness in North Dakota. Additional panelists will address other key legislative issues affecting North Dakota families, including tenant rights, child care, and public education. Kaden Felch from High Plains Fair Housing, Robin Nelson of the Boys and Girls Club, and Cody Schuler from ACLU of North Dakota will share their expertise on how legislative actions impact these crucial areas.
Speakers will discuss legislative measures, community-driven solutions, and ways for citizens to take action in support of policies that benefit families.
