Megan Kramer

Minot State University senior Megan Kramer has been awarded the 2025 MSU and Oslo Chamber Choir Apprenticeship from the MSU Department of Fine and Performing Arts.

Kramer will join the MSU choir on its Norway tour and also will have the opportunity to extend her stay in Oslo for an additional week. While in Oslo, she will work closely with the Oslo Chamber Choir as it collaborates with the renowned St. Olaf Choir for a joint concert.

The collaboration between MSU and the Oslo Chamber Choir began at Minot State in the fall of 2023. In 2024, senior Christina Larsen became the inaugural recipient of the distinguished apprenticeship, which covers all travel expenses for one MSU choral scholar to assist and learn from the Oslo Chamber Choir as it prepares for its summer concert season.
