Krall sentenced to life without parole

The Minot man convicted for the 2020 murder of Alice Queirolo was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole on Tuesday.
The case against Shawnee Krall, 32, Minot, spanned over four years, culminating in a guilty verdict from a Stark County jury in August and his sentencing before Judge Stacy Louser in North Central District Court on Tuesday.
Louser sentenced Krall to a life sentence with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, without the possibility of parole. Krall was ordered to have no contact with Queirolo’s family, and assessed $125 in court fines and fees.
Krall has already filed an appeal with the North Dakota Supreme Court, which was stayed pending his sentencing. Krall must file a brief in support of his appeal by March 21.
