Foundation, couple fund cancer infusion chairs

The combination of funds from Trinity Health Foundation donors and $50,000 from Roger and Addy Evans is allowing for the purchase and installment of 18 new cancer infusion chairs and one new stretcher chair for Trinity Health’s CancerCare Center, Trinity Health Foundation announced.

The purchase is a much-welcomed update for patients undergoing treatment, the foundation stated in a news release. The new infusion chairs are designed for comfort and ease during long treatments and offer not just a physical upgrade but a profound sense of care and consideration.

“Trinity Health Foundation is beyond thankful for the kindness and generosity of Roger and Addy, as well as our donors, who are making a world of difference for our patients. With this purchase, those receiving cancer treatments at our CancerCare Center will now have a more comfortable and supportive environment, helping to ease the challenges they face during this difficult journey,” said Dusty Zimmerman, foundation director, in the release.

Starting at $2.99/week.
