MAKOTI – Big changes are coming to Makoti’s Threshing Show in 2025. In an effort to give visitors a better experience, the show will now be a Friday evening/all day Saturday show with Sunday still having breakfast and church but no parade. Makoti’s birthday also will be celebrated on Sunday.

The Threshers have not finalized the itinerary, but Saturday will remain the main day of the show. Friday will have a parade, but it’s expected to be smaller than the big parade on Saturday. A rodeo is also in the works.

Makoti Threshers will continue to work with Visit Minot to provide the best experience for visitors and Ward County residents in addition to continuing to attract Canadians to Makoti, Minot and Ward County.

The Makoti Threshing Show will be July 11 and 12 with limited activities on July 13. Other area shows include but are not limited to Crosby, Drake, Lansford, New Rockford and Wolford.
