Williston man dies from injuries in one-vehicle crash
WILLISTON – A Williston man has died from injuries received in a single vehicle crash on N.D. Highway 1804, about 7 miles east of Williston.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, on Friday about 6:42 a.m., a 2011 F-150 pickup being driven by the 66-year-old man was traveling west on Highway 1804. The pickup left the road and entered the north ditch, then vaulted over a field approach and came to rest upright.
The man sustained injuries and was transported to a Williston hospital, then transferred to a Bismarck hospital. He died on Monday due to the injuries sustained in the crash, according to the Highway Patrol.
The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol. The man’s name will be released upon notification of next of kin.
