Submitted Photo Scout Troop #411 congratulated two of its members Tuesday at the Moose Lodge with a Court of Honor and a pair of promotions to Eagle Scout, the Scouts highest youth rank. Noah Hudson, right, and Tristian Hudson, left, earned merit badges, took leadership positions within their troop and volunteered their time to complete projects intended to benefit their community. Tristian Hudson refurbished a church pew, and Noah Hudson scanned and labeled photos at the Minot State University Dome.
