Presentation on healthy living scheduled
MADDOCK – The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free virtual presentation titled “Healthy Living for your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research” on Wednesday, Jan. 8, from noon-1 p.m.
Science can provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help keep the brain and body healthy as people age. The presentation will provide information about research in diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
Registration is required by contacting the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-Dakota Chapter. This project is funded through the North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, Adult & Aging Services Section.
