The City of Minot has issued a snow removal emergency proclamation, beginning at 2 a.m. today. The proclamation will be in effect for 24 hours.

During the duration of the proclamation, no vehicle parking is allowed on Priority 1 and Priority 2 emergency snow routes. The proclamation’s parking restrictions will help city crews remove snow more efficiently and safely.
