Snowshoe lacing workshop at Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center

WASHBURN – Registration is now open for a snowshoe lacing workshop Saturday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Washburn.

Learn the lacing pattern to complete a pair of snowshoes in this hands-on workshop led by seasoned instructors. Work at your own pace to finish at least one snowshoe in class and be confident enough with the lacing pattern to continue at home if necessary.

The workshop is geared for individuals 16 and older. Lunch will not be provided, but participants may bring a sack lunch or order from a nearby restaurant.

Registration for the workshop is required by Tuesday, Dec. 17. Cost and registration information can be obtained by contacting the interpretive center. The center is open Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
