The City of Minot announced it has issued a snow removal emergency proclamation, beginning at

10 a.m. today. The proclamation will be in effect for 24 hours.

During the duration of the proclamation, no vehicle parking is allowed on Priority 1

and Priority 2 emergency snow routes. The parking restrictions will help city crews

remove snow more efficiently and safely.
