Disorderly conduct charges for paintball vandalism
Two people have been charged with disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, for their alleged involvement with a vandalism incident in a southeast Minot neighborhood Sunday.
According to City information, Minot Police officers responded to reports of property vandalism from paintball impacts in the neighborhood around 9:30 p.m. Officers identified multiple vehicles, fences and garages marked with paint splatter, consistent with damage from a paintball gun.
A description of the suspect vehicle was obtained through video evidence and witness statements, and it was later located.
Dalton Dralle, 19, Ross, and a 17-year-old male were subsequently charged with disorderly conduct, and Dralle was also cited for minor in consumption/possession of alcohol and open container violations.
The incident is under investigation by the Minot Police Department.
