Revival services next week at Minot Baptist
Want to hear some good southern preaching? From Sept. 15-18, Dr. Frank Ward, of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Crossville, Tennessee, will be preaching at the Minot Baptist Church, 500 46th Ave. NE.
Services on Sunday will be at 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Services Monday through Wednesday will be at 7 pm.
According to a news release from Minot Baptist Church, Ward was drafted into the U.S. Army, and served two years in field artillery, completing his time of service in July 1970. His last year of service was a tour of duty in Vietnam/Cambodia. He received a Bronze Star for combat duty in Cambodia.
After returning home in the summer of 1971, he surrendered to preach. He has pastored churches in Tennessee and Indiana. He and his wife planted two Independent Baptist churches in Tennessee. After retiring from active pastoring in 2012, he has preached in many churches throughout America. He now preaches revivals and provides pulpit supply where needed. He has been preaching for 50 years.
Following the revival services at Minot Baptist Church, Ward will be in Devils Lake to preach at Grace Baptist Church.
