A five-week Basic Beginnings parenting class will be held Wednesday evenings, starting July 17, presented by the Parent and Family Resource Center in Ward County.

The free, online class sessions are for new or expecting parents or parents for whom it has been a while since there was a baby in the house. Demonstration, discussions and facilitation will help guide participants through the basics of baby care as it relates to bonding, attachment, safety, health, sleep, feeding and development.

The online course runs Wednesdays from July 17 to Aug. 14 from 6-7:30 p.m. To register, contact Holly Arnold at the Extension Office in Ward County.
