BISMARCK – The North Dakota Oil and Gas Division recently was notified of produced water release at a well location in Williams County.

Grayson Mill Operating, LLC reported Monday, May 20, that 835 barrels of produced water were released due to an equipment failure. Products were contained on location and cleanup is underway. At the time of reporting 830 barrels of produced water had been recovered.

A state inspector has been to the location and will monitor any additional cleanup required.
