Coby Hubble

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has announced that Trooper Coby Hubble has been promoted to sergeant.

Hubble earned an associate degree in criminal justice with an emphasis in homeland security from Rasmussen College-Fargo in 2009. After 12 years of working in local enforcement, he joined the N.D. Highway Patrol and graduated from the Highway Patrol Academy in June 2020.

Hubble was initially stationed as a traffic enforcement trooper in Williston and transferred to Crosby in October 2021. Hubble will serve as a regional sergeant in the northwest region, effective Feb. 29.
