Jefferson Lines has announced it is partnering with Souris Basin Transportation to provide Minot with intercity bus service to its Bismarck bus station.

In Bismarck, passengers will connect to the Jefferson Lines route system as well as the national intercity bus network, enabling passengers to travel on one ticket from Minot to more than 2,000 destinations.

Effective last Wednesday, Souris Basin Transit began providing transportation between the Walmart Supercenter, Minot, and Jefferson Lines. Pickups at Walmart are at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Souris Basin has added the Walmart stop as part of its existing bus route, which provides scheduled rides to travelers’ Bismarck destinations, with door-to-door pickup and drop-off.
