Two men charged with intent to deliver or manufacture fentanyl, meth

Samuel Lee Bell III, 26, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl, Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine, Class C felony tampering with physical evidence, Class A misdemeanor making prohibited alterations on firearms, Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

His co-defendant, William Henry Parker, 49, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver fentanyl, Class B felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine, and Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Both men made initial appearances on the charges on Thursday before Judge Gary Lee.

A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for April 14.

Cory Allen Ivy, 29, who had been charged as a co-defendant with Class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine on Wednesday, entered a guilty plea to the charge on Thursday and received a deferred imposition of sentence for 360 days and was fined $325. The charge will eventually be dismissed if he complies with all court conditions.

Co-defendant Bill Junior McClam, 48, of Kenmare, is charged with Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday.
