Minot High School held its graduation ceremony at the Minot State University Dome on Sunday afternoon, another sign of a return to near normalcy. Each graduate was allowed up to eight guests for the ceremony and masks were recommended, but not required. Students waved at family members from the balcony before the ceremony and were cheered loudly as they marched into the Dome for the ceremony. As is tradition, the graduates’ mortar boards spelled out the numbers “21” when they were all seated.
