Victim identified in fatal rollover Sunday near Douglas

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a 45-year-old Douglas woman killed in a one-vehicle rollover two miles east of Douglas on Sunday morning as Antoinette Joseph.

According to the Patrol, Joseph was driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla west on Ward County Highway 24 en route from Minot to Douglas at 10:50 a.m. The vehicle left the roadway and entered the south ditch where it struck an approach and vaulted. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on its wheels facing in a southeast direction. Joseph, who was not wearing her seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene of the accident. The accident is still under investigation by the Patrol.
