Agenda: The council will discuss a property tax exemption for childcare centers, a pole-mounted camera system to read license plates, a grant for LED lighting in city buildings, the airport passenger facility charge and a budget amendment for the police department investigation. It will consider a lease agreement with the restaurant at Broadway Circle and hold a public hearing on a special use permit for additional animals beyond ordinance limits.
