Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will act on 16th Street Southwest reconstruction bids and will discuss assisting with infrastructure costs on Minot Public School owned property to encourage housing development. It will consider recommendations of the planning commission and Renaissance Zone review board.
