Agenda: The council will consider hiring a mobility manager for the transit department, an agreement to obtain HUD Entitlement Funds, repair options for the Third Street Bridge, an application to the state Infrastructure Revolving Loan Fund for flood protection and MAGIC Fund funding for a revolving loan fund. It will receive an insurance rating report related to city fire protection and hear about a partnership program between the police department and Minot State University to develop a pipeline of future law enforcement personnel.
