Agenda: The council will consider a settlement agreement with its former police chief and the hiring of an interim police chief as well as filling a vacancy for human resources director. The council will discuss a three-lane roadway by the fairgrounds for 8th Avenue Southeast between Burdick and 20th Street, elimination of fall cleanup week, transit service planning, general aviation access road rehabilitation, lighting and noise ordinances and ordinance amendments for sidewalk snow removal. First District Health Unit will present a year-end report and update on the Ward County Opioid Task Force.
