Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on an appeal of 13th Street access restriction for a proposed truck stop. It will consider second reading of an ordinance for a four-way stop at Sixth Street and 11th Avenue Southwest, participation in a community resilience analysis, a proposal for operating the city’s animal pound, a quote request for land lease near the lagoon, restrictive covenants to prevent construction on certain flood control properties and amendments to a facade improvement contract. There will be a presentation on the city’s snow and ice control plan.
