Minot City Council

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW

Agenda: The council will consider an ordinance on second reading for automatic door requirements, a 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan, grant acceptance for the Third Street and Central Avenue Reconstruction Project and hiring outside counsel to assist in reviewing city liquor license ordinances for modifications. It will hold public hearings on the CDBG entitlement process and a liquor license suspension for Duckpond Ventures. The council will receive a report on 2024 construction projects.

Ward County Commission

When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.

Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will discuss a Homeland Security Grant, Des Lacs Cemetery wall stabilization, culvert quotes and an update on available county office spaces. The commission will meet in executive session to discuss ARPA funds allocated to Project BEE.

Minot Park Board

When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot Municipal Auditorium, Community Room 203

Agenda: The board will consider a request from Minot Area Council of the Arts, a 2024 bond resolution and an update on indoor facilities and the flood protection project’s MI-7 phase.
