Agenda: The council will consider a pound services agreement with Minot Veterinary Clinic, a subrecipient agreement with Dakota College at Bottineau for the career and technical center, a MAGIC Fund grant to Stevens Welding and Machine, EDA grant application support for Visit Minot, a façade improvement application, new liquor licenses, bid award on the city hall retaining wall project, award of bids on a new landfill entrance and recycling transfer facility, plans and specifications for flood control phase MI-5A and planning commission recommendations.
