Credit union employee prioritizes customer service
Calie Yeingst has joined Aspire Credit Union as a member service representative at its teller line. Yeingst holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from Eastern Illinois University and leverages her prior customer service experience in her new position, according to Aspire Credit Union’s news release.
Throughout her diverse career, customer service has consistently been her top priority. Before joining Aspire, Yeingst worked in the labor and delivery ward, where her positive approach to patient support was prioritized. Additionally, she spent seven years as a flight attendant, during which multitasking and adapting to various roles became second nature. Prior to her time in the sky, Yeingst was a substitute teacher, fostering a positive educational environment and encouraging student achievement.
“Since Calie joined our credit union, she has already demonstrated how her customer service background will be a significant asset,” said Brianna Weeks, assistant operations manager, in the release. “Her enthusiasm to dive right in has been delightful to witness, and we look forward to seeing her flourish in her position.”
After two months at the credit union, Yeingst often can be seen smiling in the drive-through.
She enjoys staying active and loves the outdoors, frequently indulging in hiking when she gets the chance.
