Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized local sales affiliates with the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. The annual award is based on results from the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey, which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home.

To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80% of their transactions surveyed from Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, with an average survey score of at least 95% or better for two consecutive years.

Team Leaders receiving the award from Minot were Jane Mayer, Jan Tucker, Jody Bullinger, Jamie Wald, Bonnie Domsteen, Mae Geller and Ashlee Kelleher, all of CENTURY 21 Action Realtors, located at 500 20th Ave. SW.

Each recipient will receive a customized glass trophy, in addition to being recognized at the CENTURY 21 Global Conference.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC also honored Tracy Dachs, sales associate with CENTURY 21 Action Realtors, with the 2021 CENTURY 21 President’s Producer Award. The annual award is bestowed upon those CENTURY 21 System sales affiliates that earn the CENTURY 21 CENTURION award and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer award in the same calendar year.

The CENTURION Producer award honors CENTURY 21 System sales affiliates that earn $288,000 in sales production or 65 closed transaction sides within the calendar year.

In recognition of its outstanding sales production and commitment to quality service, CENTURY 21 Action Realtors received the 2021 CENTURY 21 President’s Award. The annual award is bestowed upon those independent CENTURY 21 offices that earn the CENTURY 21 CENTURION award and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle award in the same calendar year.

The CENTURION Award is presented to CENTURY 21 offices that achieve or surpass sales production of $2,572,000 or 437 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
