You were a loser long before President Obama took office.

I looked up "fascism" and found a photo of Ted Cruz and Eric Cantor.

I liked mules' post about the gov't promoting one area of industry while disapproving of another. I looked up "fascism" the other day, and yes, that's how it's done. Businesses remain private instead of gov't owned, but businesses are closely regulated, massaged, encouraged, discouraged by gov't.
From Thomas Sowell's great article on the subject: "What President Obama has been pushing for, and moving toward, is more insidious: government control of the economy, while leaving ownership in private hands. That way, politicians get to call the shots but, when their bright ideas lead to disaster, they can always blame those who own businesses in the private sector."
Personally, I prefer cute & clever to tart & testy, but to each his own.

Should we ban nicotine gum? Nicotine patches?
Free ******s - free pot , no U.S. history, no pledge to the flag and absolutely no prayers! I can see the headlines now: SCHOOL ATTENDANCE UP UNDER OBAMA!!!

If these dont contain nicotine whats the big deal.If they do than you cant sale them to minors. Now back to the first part.If they dont. Call them foggers(instead of e-cigarettes) and then sell them to whoever.Goinpeace
None of that makes a bit of sense.
This is exactly why you people lose elections. You lack basic common sense -- yet you think you're so cute and clever.

Hold on, here, pardner, that is just going too doggone far.
The solution is simple. Congress could pass a double mandate. One to define a minor. Anyone under the age 6 is a minor, anyone 6 and older is an adult. The other mandate would require all adults to purchase e cigarettes to make sure the nascent e cigs have a steady growth market.
If the US can mandate everyone to buy health insurance, then everyone should be mandated to purchase e cigs.
You can't favor one industry over another, it wouldn't be fair.
It would be an equitable distribution of dollars for both the health insurance industry and the tobacco industry.
If you are going to breathe air, then you will breathe e smoke. A congressional mandate will solve the problem of e cigs. The solution is mandated use of them.
Banning e cigs is the wrong message. It would be like banning health insurance, it is not going to work.

MINOT DAILY NEWS
"We now live in a nanny state, where the state tells us how we must act, how we must live, what type of car seats we must have for our children, what kind of mileage our cars must make, what kind of light bulbs we must use, what kind of unbiblical behaviors we must accept and the list goes on and on."
