He needs to resign. He was given a warning already, he even had a plan he was suppose to follow and still couldn't manage that. Kudos to Block for filing a complaint against this judge. He needs to go!

And Legend kicked off the discussion with this comment...."Legalize mj and we won't need either the judge or the desk"....you have to review all the comments before passing judgement upon us NED.

We are not drinking buddies that's for sure...I was rebutting Landslides comment that the judge was high on MJ and that's why he was incompetent.

Political vindictiveness, unreasonable caseload assignments or just not meeting expectations-this poll question seems to suggest he be rode on a rail-

I would bet that the complaint was pushed by the parent that wasn't going to get custody and child support. God forbid a man takes a little more time to sort out some important issue's, gather more information before breaking up a family.

Believe it or not I know an Attorney who suspended his practice because he was not able to devote 100% of his thoughts and talents to his clients. The genuine gentleman I am speaking of wife came down ill and he couldn't completely get it off his mind so he waited until that situation was resolved to begin practice as an Attorney again. There are actually some good reasons to fall behind.

You have to give the benefit of the doubt and allow the judge the chance to make amends. Let him get caught up with the caseload and then let him get back to work with new cases.

You have to be fair. Nobody wants to lose their job when all they had to do was exert some more effort.

Does anyone think Hagar the Horrible was his Grandpa?
