So in other words, you've got your excuse lined up too.

One more complainer who lacks the gumption to actually get involved to change things when the opportunity presents itself. No, you'd rather keep throwing stones...because that's easy and lets you absolve yourself of any real responsibility.

I'm going to run. This town needs new blood. new ideas and a clue on how to set up a city. Vision is what this town needs.

Are we to thank you for your serious concern? Are you from Minot and will be out of town? Why the deep concern about Minot? Just what would you like me to present at this meeting?

Well, OK, folks. Which one of your are going to jump in and file candidacy papers?

Or will this be another case of complaining about the people who are there and doing nothing about it when the opportunity presents itself.

"Be the change you want to see in the world"...or something

It would be nice to elect a working class mayor that can relate to the daily struggles of the majority in the city of Minot...instead of the status quo mayor that we will get,who advocates to line the pockets of his/her cronies...the current mayor may just as well appoint someone and forgo an election.
