I don't care about the new abortion laws, so what?
Women have rights that the state legislature cannot breach, no matter what legislation is passed and signed into law by these crackpots and kooks in Bismarck; they have it all wrong.
Absolute complete foolishness, you'll never see anything like it for as long as you live. Fiscal responsibility escapes the nitwits who occupy the state legislature; oil money has them blinded. They can't think, at all.
Get your money out of the banks and don't hesitate. Forget about abortion, gay marriage, gun control, whatever the next gov scare tactic used, get your money out of banks.
You have been warned. You are a fool not to.

Why are you people so obsessed with gays? It's all you can think about.
Go read your guns and clean your Bibles. The end times are a-comin!

I'm going to say 'yes' - unless the Legislature intends to repeal the questionable laws it's passed through. It could hardly be considered fiscally responsible, otherwise.
They can call it the 'law school payments subsidy' fund.

I do not want to pay for you and your beliefs. Whether it's being gay, or abortions, or attacking Reglion beliefs.

Yea okay. What ever you say Veritas. I don't care if you are gay, I don't care if you have an abortion. And I don't care about your religion or soul. I care about my family, my retirement, and not to bother my children when I am old. And you should not care what I believe in. There lies the problem. You sound like a big baby having a tamtrum.

Well, Thank You for telling us how you really feel. PS I'm a little tired paying for B S from the White House on down. Have a great Night.
All of those holier-than-thou anti-abortionists all rejoiced in their victory and went Sunday shopping after church and then later on that day, they all stopped at the casino to enjoy a couple of hours of legal gambling, given by the blessing from the glorious State of North Dakota!
What a bunch of worthless hypocrites you self-righteous ingrates you, you, you... bible thumpers have become.
You should be ashamed of yourselves, but pride goeth before fall.
See you all in Hades, where you all deserve to be.

In other words, should the state take preventative actions -- or just wait and see what happens?

Either way, North Dakota people will pay for it. Either you pay for the lawsuit or pay for all the abortions through Obama Care. Public money also was not to sent Obama around campaining 24/7 or sending his daughters and wife on vacations. By the way, today I sent in enough money to pay for those little girls vacation. But not the jets or guards or cooks, and whatever else they do.

class action lawsuit: if the politicians who voted for this disgraceful and obviously unconstitutional law go forward with the expense of defending it, we should sue them for the tax dollars that they waste. Public money is not intended for the defense of christian morality.

Get ready to pay double. Most all Federal cases have "ALL" the legal fees paid for by the losing party. That will be ND. So, whatever you think the bill will be, double it. ND is being used and Jack and the boys have no trouble spending your money. Say, where are those infrastructure bills for Roads and impact? Oh, well, guess we can use excess oil money as we have plenty, right Jack. Oh, and don't forget all the time spent by the Attorney General's office on this case and not on issues in ND.

State Legislature Should Pay For The Challenges By Repeal Them And Resign

The state could write a law to attach a special abortion legal fund fee to the state income tax forms so all taxpayers could pay for the legal fees and the state could keep all of its money.
Why should the state be forced to pay for legal fees to protect abortion laws when the taxpayer can easily be forced to pay?
Problem solved, you pay, not the state.
Which the state is really doing anyway, you'll pay for their mistakes.
