disgusted, I agree with this latest post of yours, to contact legislators in regards to important issues. (I've done it before.)
Otherwise, one's viewpoint is virtual hot air on the MDN.

Veratis, I do believe that our legislators have cajones only as strong or as moral as the voters who speak out. I would hope that you have contacted your legislators to vote in favor of HB1397 which will make those guilty of fraudulent petitions face the penalty of a class C felony. And with hopes just as strong I hope you have contacted your leislators and asked them to vote AGAINST HCR3025 which commends the coach.

disgusted...As a ND'n born and raised I take no pleasure in poking myself in the eye...I guess other market areas could have threatened a boycott but when it comes down to it....I watched the game...rooted for the "Home" team and laughed in disgust when the Tribune had Bohl as MOY on front cover....Guess the cynicism is put aside when victory trumps.. Let's hope the Legislature has the moral cojones to address the issue and get it right...
Veratis, I think we all agree with you except for your first sentence. That attention and need for a win is limited to Fargo and alum of NDSU. But, yes, it speaks volumes when illegal acts are pushed under the rug and the coach is praised.

There you go, generalizing again, Veritas.
Sure, it was ALL NoDaks that were pleased as punch about the petition thingy. If you think so.

North Dakotan's are so deperately looking for attention that they are willing to overlook and enable these young athletes in what should be considered as criminally negligent.
This attitude was only magnified by the selection of the NDSU coach as "Man of the Year".....Gee, I thought those types of designations went to scientists or something of the like.

most definitely. and the NCAA should investigate our "championship" teams that gave the players illegal breaks. at the least, the coach and AD should be fired. yeah, i know, but the law is the law.
