The Lord's Cupboard Welcome Table food pantry is available Mondays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 7-1st St. SE. The pantry is also available Wednesdays, 1 to 4 p.m., and Fridays, 2 to 5 p.m.
The family of Arlene Saugstad, an avid collector and supporter of the arts and artists in the Minot community for more than 50 years who passed away in March, is offering hundreds of artworks from her collection for sale to the public. Works of art by Floyd Fairweather, Susan Davy, Kelly Hendershot, Judy Bell, Judy Greenwood and many more local and regional artists will be available at The Taube Museum of Art, 2 N. Main St., Minot. The silent auction and sale will be open to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The auction closing will be held Tuesday with a "Remember Arlene" reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Minot Area Team Wellness sponsors a Walk Minot event at Roosevelt Park at 6:30 p.m. All walks last for approximately 45 minutes. Tennis or walking shoes and a water bottle are recommended.
Minot Horseshoe Club hosts games every Tuesday at 7 p.m. Events will be held at the Minot Moose Lodge horseshoe courts, 400-9th St. SW. Games played Thursdays if Tuesdays rained out. Men and women welcome. Price $35 each. Juniors play free. No teams, all play is individual.
