FARGO (AP) - A man accused of robbing a Medina bank at gunpoint says he will plead guilty.
Rendell Hardy is one of two men charged in the case. Authorities say Hardy and Satrone Boyd held up the Northland Financial bank in October. Boyd pleaded guilty in January.
Witnesses say Hardy and Boyd wore masks during the robbery and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The two men face maximum sentences of 20 years in prison.
A change of plea hearing for Hardy has not been scheduled. Boyd is scheduled for sentencing on April 28.
