BISMARCK (AP) - Another oil spill has been reported in North Dakota.
The state now says five to seven barrels of oil leaked from a one-inch oil gathering line in Divide County. It initially reported that about 150 barrels had leaked, but says there was an error in a preliminary report.
The governor's office says the state Health Department is monitoring the leak closely because it's near a small wetland.
An updated news release Thursday night did not offer any further details, but said more information will be released Friday.
The new leak happened weeks after a Sept. 29 Tesoro Corp. pipeline break that leaked more than 20,000 barrels of crude oil in a wheat field near Tioga.
Divide is the far northwest county in the state. Its county seat is Crosby.
