Eunice Marie Langhans, 79, Minot, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, in Trinity Homes, Minot.

Eunice was born Feb. 9, 1934, at Newburg, the daughter of Rudolph and Laura (Tronson) Lee. She was raised in Newburg, then Simcoe, and attended the first grade in a country school. She moved with her family to Glenburn and attended Glenburn Public School, where she graduated from high school, as class salutatorian, in 1953. She then attended Minot Business College and started working as a bookkeeper at Culligan Softwater.

On May 15, 1954, Eunice was united in marriage to Vernon Langhans at Trinity Lutheran Church in Glenburn. They made their home in Glenburn until 1958, when they moved into Minot. Throughout her life, Eunice was a stay at home mother and later worked at Christ Lutheran Church and Seifert's clothing store. In 1985, she started her career as a real estate agent at Ask Realty. She then began selling real estate for Brokers 12, and following the passage of her state Brokers exam, became a partner. She retired in December 2012.

Eunice was an excellent cook and baker and always made delicious food, pies and cookies for holidays. She looked forward to family gatherings and never missed a birthday celebration. She raised beautiful flowers in her flower gardens and loved to exercise and go for walks. She cherished her children and grandchildren and always attended their sporting events, school programs and church activities. For several years, she volunteered at the Norsk Hostfest import shop. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Minot and the Minot Board of Realtors.

Blessed be her memory among us.
