PARSHALL A semi-truck hauling a Bobcat implement on a trailer crossed the center line on N.D. Highway 23 just west of Parshall, striking a pickup truck and resulting in the injury of five people Wednesday at about 11 a.m., according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Carlos Aleman Jr., 19, Palermo, was driving the 1999 International semi-truck westbound on the highway at approximately 50 to 55 mph when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2008 Chevy Silverado driven by Buck Crowell, 28, Bismarck.
Crowell, along with three passengers Levi Miller, 32, Bismarck; Matthew Tebelius, 29, Solen; and Brian Waldo, 25, Washburn were all reported injured in the crash. Aleman was not injured but passenger Anthony Montalvan, 18, of Lower Lake, Calif., was.
All of the victims were transported to Trinity Hospital in Minot.
